MENTAL HEALTH EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT

TheScoutHQ seeks to be on the forefront of all current trends for the modern athlete. Whether the athlete is in high school, college or the pros, mental health is an ever-important aspect. The rise of social media has increased the access fans, family, and businesses have to athletes. It is paramount that they have a solid mental health base to thrive in their roles.

At TheScoutHQ we seek to build our foundation with 4 different areas. Self-Care, Self-Identity, Boundaries, and Stress Management. With these 4 core areas our athletes will not only be able to survive, but thrive in any setting they find themselves in.

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

In addition to the mental health and academic development, TheScoutHQ strives to aid with the overall athletic development of our student athletes. This is accomplished through sport specific off-season training, strength and condition training, and yoga.

SUPPLEMENTAL EDUCATION - TUTORING

TheScoutHQ’s mission is to enhance the student athlete, by providing educational assistance through a multi-tiered tutoring program. We aim to assure that athletes receive a systematic, structured learning experience in a more individualized way. We hope to improve self-esteem, attitude toward subject matter, academic performance as well as personal growth as a 21rst century learner. The tutoring program is a self–paced and self–directed learning process. Our tutors are properly screened and able to assist in core subjects such as Math, ELA, Science, History and Writing. We want our athletes to be successful in the classroom as well as in their sport of choice.
